I currently accept feminine human or humanoid characters only.

Prices are starting prices and may increase depending on character complexity, accessories, pose, background and intended use.

Payment will be made in EUR through a PayPal invoice once the commission has been accepted. Full payment is required before the sketch process begins.

The commission includes 2 minor revisions during the sketch stage and 1 minor colour correction. Major changes after sketch approval may require an additional fee.

The estimated turnaround time will be discussed before payment. Any specific deadline must be requested in advance.

If the commission is cancelled, any refund will depend on the amount of work already completed. If I cannot complete the commission, the unfinished portion will be refunded.

The base price includes personal use only. Commercial use must be disclosed before payment and requires an additional fee.

I retain the copyright and may display the finished artwork in my portfolio and social media. Unrevealed VTuber projects can remain private until an agreed reveal date.

The artwork may not be resold, claimed as your own creation, used for NFTs, used to train AI or uploaded to generative AI services.

Progress previews will be watermarked. Final files will include a small signature and will be delivered as PNG or JPG.

The base price includes personal use only.

The artwork may be used as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, personal social media post or private emote/sticker, provided that it does not generate income directly or indirectly.

The artwork may not be sold, reproduced on products, used to promote a business or included in monetised content without purchasing a commercial licence.

Any commercial use must be disclosed before payment, including a clear explanation of where and how the artwork will be used.

Commercial use includes monetised Twitch, YouTube or VTuber content, advertising, promotional material, paid memberships, products, merchandise or any activity intended to generate income.

Digital commercial use costs ×2 the base artwork price.

Merchandise, printing, product manufacturing or resale rights cost ×2.5 the base artwork price.

A commercial licence does not transfer copyright or allow the client to claim authorship of the artwork.

Commercial use without the appropriate licence may result in the usage permission being withdrawn and the applicable commercial fee being charged.

Commercial use of the artwork without my prior permission will result in the immediate withdrawal of the usage licence.

A retroactive commercial licence of up to ×5 the base artwork price may be required, depending on the type, duration, reach, distribution and profits obtained from the unauthorised use.

This does not limit my right to demand that the use stops or to pursue any damages, profits, expenses or other remedies available under applicable law.
